Minimum Notice: We require at least 48 hours notice on all cake orders and at least 14 days notice on all wedding cake orders. All cake orders must be paid for at least 48 hours in advance, with the exception of wedding cakes which require prepayment 14 days in advance. Occasionally, we are able to accommodate last-minute orders but flavor and size options will be limited and payment will be required upon ordering; please call to inquire if you need a cake within 48 hours or less.

Flavors: A list of all available cake flavors is available here. Please note that some of our cake flavors are seasonal and are identified as such. Any flavor cake can also be made into cupcakes.

Allergens: Our cakes contain wheat, eggs, and milk, and are produced in a facility where nuts are present. A small selection of cakes can be made gluten free (please see our cake list for those options). We do not offer any vegan cakes or cupcakes. For dairy-free substitutions, please contact us directly.

Look & Style: All cakes at Whisk are created in our signature unfrosted style. We do not ice or decorate cakes in any other style. Additions such as fresh flowers may be added by a third party upon arrival at the venue. Stacking of wedding cakes is available on a case-by-case basis and will result in an additional fee.

Wedding cakes are available in the same sizes as celebration cakes and thus follow the same pricing structure; however, additional fees may be charged for any changes made to flavors, garnishes, stacking, etc.

Payment: All cakes require pre-payment, at least 36 hours in advance of the pickup date. You may pay in person, over the phone, or request an invoice be emailed to you to pay online.
Wedding or event cakes exceeding $100 require a 50% deposit of the expected total for the wedding/event cake(s). The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the event. Changes to the size(s) or flavor(s) of cake will be accepted until the balance is paid. Changes may affect the final price. Once final payment is received, no changes may be made. Cakes canceled less than 2 weeks prior to the event date, after final payment has been received, are not eligible for a refund. Cakes canceled less than 60 days prior to the event date will not receive a deposit refund. Cakes canceled more than 60 days prior to the event date will receive a deposit (or balance) refund. Tastings: Tastings are only available for wedding cake orders exceeding $150. Tasting cakes are 3-layer mini versions of our cakes, available in any of the current flavors listed here. Cake samples are $6 each; however, if a deposit is paid prior to a cake tasting, three complimentary samples will be provided. Any additional samples must be purchased at their retail price of $6 each. Deposits are 50% of your estimated intended order and also serve to hold the date of your wedding.

Delivery/Pick-Up: Delivery is only available for cake orders exceeding $100. For those orders, delivery and setup is optional but strongly recommended, especially for tiered cakes. Delivery and setup within a 5-mile radius of the bakery is complimentary. Outside of this radius, delivery & setup charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis, based on delivery distance and setup requirements. If you choose to forgo delivery & setup and opt to pick up your cake instead, we will package the cake(s) safely and securely; however, we are not liable for any damage the cake sustains during transit. If your cake is badly damaged during transit, please call the bakery immediately and we will do everything in our power to assist you. If a baker is dispatched to your location, this will result in a minimum $50 fee.
